We have thoughtfully selected these staff and we are happy they are happy working with young people to give them an expected future.

Babatunde Talabi

Babatunde Talabi is an health care practitioner with several years of experience working with vulnerable persons, both young and elderly at various capacity. He has a degree in Health and social care, a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (C.I.H). He has an exemplary interpersonal communication skill, acquired overtime, that enable him to achieve positive outcomes in reasonable time while supporting these young persons to attaining self-Independence.

Evelyn Kemi Ayelabola

Evelyn Kemi Ayelabola has interest and passion for the caring profession and has gained several years of work experience in the social care field; young people residential care and high support units. Her experience extends to working with adults, children and young people with physical and learning disabilities, in day/residential care services. She possesses verifiable and provable social care skills and experience in supporting vulnerable people to develop a desirable level of independence, social and intellectual skills to empower and support them to achieve positive outcomes. She has a Degree in Social Science, Diploma in Social Studies and Certificate in Disability Studies

Mojisola Oduola-Falola

Mojisola Oduola-Falola has years of experience working in all areas of social care and has worked with both vulnerable adults and vulnerable young people. Mojisola is very passionate about working with vulnerable young people and looked after young people. Her passion for young people in care was reflected in her choice of thesis for both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Mojisola’s thesis for her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science was on After Care Services for young people in Care. Her thesis for her master’s degree in social science was also centred on after care for care leavers. She has extensive experience working with young people who are in contact with the Criminal Justice System.

 

Mojisola has developed all the necessary skills for working with vulnerable young people and young adults. Mojisola is an empathic, friendly, great listener, great communicator, and a good motivator. She has great experience in working according to government guidelines, policies, and procedures. She is consistent in her approach to supporting young people to achieve independence and move on to becoming self-actualised individuals.
